3 Part Reflection - Motivation Monday Game Plan - #1969 (Mon. 8-31-26)

Found a great reflection post for today from The Mindfulness Meditation Institute (@TrainingMindful) where this thought was shared:  “Ability is what you’re capable of doing. Motivation determines  what you do.  Attitude determines  how well you do it.” - Raymond Chandler.  These 3 things we all can look at a bit better and look at improving them. Our abilities, yes..
