Keep Getting Better - Motivation Monday Game Plan - #1963

I was reminded (again), of how important it is to simply be open to wanting to get better. The podcast I was listening to that really got me thinking about this topic was from Jon Gordon’s podcast, tilted “Rise To Lead” where he interviews his guest Doug Dentler, a CFO with a company who has written a book about this.  The mindset it takes to simply want to get better is HUGE!  I love the reminders that I heard about even people that have this bigtime title (CFO), need to still find people to help them become better.
