Our Mind is Like A Garden - Motivation Monday Game Plan - #1957
Use Left/Right to seek, Home/End to jump to start or end. Hold shift to jump forward or backward.
This short gem came from Jon Gordon (@JonGordon11) where he shared this #MindsetMonday message. “The mind is like a Garden. You need to weed the negative and feed the positive.” Wow.. simple, yet total 100% truth! There are plenty of things that we can let build up in our minds and hearts that are weeds. Things that will discourage us, doubt ourselves, be negative, etc. What we need to do is “fertilize” our minds and hearts with the stuff that is full of joy, encouragement, builds our peace, connects with our burn and our life-purpose along with helping us to connect to the people we love and care for. Even if you are like me and not much of a gardener, taking care of this kind of weeding and fertilizing helps us wherever we go. Thanks for listening.
