Wow.. did I need to find this one and connect with it. It comes from Mind Decoded Psch (@mindDecodedpsch) and they are sharing this thought that: “You don't need more time.” The main post shares this: “Protect your focus. It’s your greatest advantage.” This hit me hard as I re-posted it with this thought: “Looking back, I’ve done mostly a poor job at this … I know I will keep trying to get better.” It’s true. We don’t need to look to have more time if we keep having poor habits that our life is influenced by. There are so many examples every single day where I know a little more focus would help me more than I know. Our focus helps us to make choices and do things we need to do in order to live our best lives. Think about all the times where this is true. Look in your rear-view mirror and connect how true this statement is. I know I sure do have plenty of times in my past. The key is for me (and us) to learn from those moments, not to beat ourselves up about them. Keep. Getting. Better! Look to protect your focus, just once. Then do it again. And again. I sure do know that I need to work on this one moment at a time. I will keep trying for sure. Thanks for listening.
