Found another gem, this one from Roy T. Bennett (@InspiringThinkn) where he shared this perspective: “Instead of worrying about what you cannot control, shift your energy to what you can create.” To me this takes it a step further than “... focus on what you can control.” I like this as, of course, I needed this message right at this moment. Lot’s of things are going on and I’m feeling a bit out of control and down too. Seeing this helps me to put my focus and energy on not only what I can focus on, but also putting some action behind things too - in order to feel better about all of the things going on.
