Cultivating Happiness - Daily Thought With Coach Daly - Tue. 7-1-25 #1601

Found a great connection to today’s message, and it simply came from me going to a doctor’s appointment along with running an errand. I saw the post from Inspiration & More (@LifeWithJohn) where this thought about happiness was shared:  “Happiness is not about longing for things that you don't have; true happiness comes from inner peace. It also comes from inner peace. It also comes from appreciating your life and people around you. Happiness is something that you cultivate from within.” -Sangeeta Rana.  This really hit home with me and reminded me of the simple fact that happiness is indeed a choice.  Too many people going around complaining (I am one of those people plenty of times - trying to get better though) so I know how easy it is to do it.  But, I’ve been working on not letting others cause me to do it.  I know I have to work at not complaining, so for me it’s an everyday battle.  I do know it’s worth it for sure.
