Six Months, Your Choice - Daily Thought With Coach Daly - Mon. 12-9-24 #1426

Found this post that really was personal - it kind of hurt. You see, I’m holding both hands in the air about having way too many excuses.  This is what I said introducing this post: “Very personal.. ouch!! Totally true for me & the guy looking back in the mirror.!!” This all came from Power of Positivity (@LIVEpositivity) and the personal post said - “In six months you will have six months of excuses, or six months of progress.  The choice is yours!!”  Again, this was speaking right to me.  It’s the same message for 6 days or 6 years (or in my case, even longer.)  I love the connection to the truth that I need to choose progress!! Excuses means I’m not doing anything, blaming others, having pity parties for myself, etc.  Progress means I’m trying, learning, getting back up, reading, listening, etc.  I’m going to continue to work every single day to choose progress.
