Do Simple Better - Daily Thought With Coach Daly - Fri. 8-30-24 #1338

Coach John Daly Season 8 Episode 1338

I saw a great clip on Twitter / X, posted from Jon Smith (@jonsmith) and it was from Coach Kirby Smart from the University of Georgia football team.  Part of the post was this: “Why do I tuck in my shirt? Why do I touch the line? A lot of times, players think it’s trivial … but the really smart players will ask ‘why is this important?’” The path to excellence is paved with caring about all the little things. Do simple better.”  In the clip (find it HERE) he goes into a bit more detail about the importance of doing little things well. This, like many other connections to sports, has a very powerful and awesome connection to real life. Remember, we are not all athletes - but ALL OF US are living life… we are all humans.
