So many of us look to a new year to have new goals. I really like what Jon Gordon brings up - instead of a resolution, have one word to focus on all year long. So many people (including me) give up on those resolutions early in a new year. With one word - we can commit to one word. Something that we do some deep reflecting on, some deep thinking - something tied into our lives. For me, for 2022 - it's all about Purpose. So many things that I do (or should be doing) every single day ties into this. My question for you - what is your one word??
