He's got some powerful reminders about why we should just do the work (whatever that work is that we need to do), no matter the distractions, the critics, nobody noticing, etc. The world needs more people to lead the way and simply do the work they need to do. Leading with passion and optimism is part of it. We all need to build these things into our lives as nobody will do it for us.
